June’s real estate activity in La Jolla

La Jolla is on the Move!

The move is beginning. We in the industry are beginning to see our clients coming back into the market with a willingness to look at property with the intention of buying. A client said to me this morning, if we don’t do "it" now, meaning purchasing a home, we will regret it in the near future.

I have been following the comments and statistics about real estate. It appears that property in La Jolla is beginning to sell on a slow and steady pace.

Consumer confidence will take awhile to return. If one looks at the sales pattern that is in the following graphs one can’t help but see that we are beginning to build that all important base. I don’t think we will go up immediately but rather move in a continuous line then a slow and steady appreciation will begin from there.
